Receptionist Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Be the face of the company to welcome and receive guests and perform reception duties such as answering calls and enquiries, screening and routing calls to relevant department and arranging for couriers
- Responsible for ordering office and pantry supplies
- Manage company assets and office security accesses
- Manage and follow up expense claims for all admin expenses and submit through internal systems
- Assist with the organization of company events such as training, meetings and team bonding event and staff activities
- Any other ad-hoc duties that will be assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in office admin and reception
- Independent, self motivated, organized and quick thinking team player with strong time management skills and able to work well with minimal supervision under pressure
- Good interpersonal and have the ability to interact well with all levels of internal staff and external stakeholders
- Able to prioritize daily tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Detailed oriented and meticulous
- Possess professionalism, tact and discretion in handling confidential matters
