Human Resources Professional in HospitalityJob Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing team.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, as well as handle expense claims for Senior Executive.
- Verify all payment requests to ensure accuracy and proper approval procedures.
- Manage the budget expenses for the entire department.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Perform other supporting tasks as assigned by the Senior Executive.
Job Requirements
- Tertiary education in Sales & Marketing, Hospitality, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role or as an executive assistant, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in handling confidential information with discretion.
