Strategic HR Leader

Worldwide Consulting Group is seeking a highly skilled Associate Director, Human Resources to join our team in Hong Kong. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing HR strategies that align with our business objectives.
Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of HR professionals and developing and executing recruitment tactics to attract top talent. You will work closely with key stakeholders to understand their manpower needs and recommend optimal human capital resources. Additionally, you will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on all aspects of the recruitment process, including recruitment strategies and resourcing channels.
Requirements:- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline;
- A minimum of 15 years' relevant working experience, with at least 5 years at senior managerial level in a sizable organization; Experience in hi-tech or fast-moving industries is required;
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across the organization at all levels;
- Ability to engage and influence others, with good change management skills and a desire to act as a change agent;
- A high level of ownership and team spirit, and willingness to go the extra mile;
- Ample all-round HR knowledge and conversant with the latest trends of employment practices in Hong Kong;
- Knowledge of managing office administration matters is highly preferred;
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
The salary for this position is estimated to be around HK$1,200,000 - HK$1,500,000 per annum, depending on experience.
