About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Supervisor to join our team at Fubon Bank. As a key member of our credit management department, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of bank systems and ensuring the smooth operation of financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and other required testing on bank system implementations to ensure seamless integration and minimize errors.
  • To handle system data cleanup tasks efficiently, maintaining accuracy and adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • To maintain a complete and up-to-date document file, including scanned documents, to facilitate easy access and retrieval.
  • To arrange for the safe custody of important legal documentation, ensuring confidentiality and security.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of post-secondary education or above in a relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in clerical roles with a focus on financial operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential for effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel, is mandatory.
  • The ability to type in both English and Chinese languages is also required.
  • A high level of motivation and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and technologies.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of NT$80,000 to NT$120,000 per month, commensurate with experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off, we provide opportunities for professional growth and development.
