Senior Operations Supervisor, Dah Sing Financial Group

We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Supervisor to join our team at Dah Sing Financial Group. This is a unique opportunity for a skilled professional to take on a challenging role in operations support and contribute to the growth of our organization.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and supervision of Customer Due Diligence & Account Opening services. This includes process compliance with internal policies and local regulatory requirements, conducting KYC/CDD/AML reviews, and performing checker roles for account opening customer system data input. Additionally, you will assist with ad hoc projects as assigned and provide backup support to Operations Support teams.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you should possess:
• A degree holder or above
• At least 5 years of banking experience with 2 years of supervisory level experience, preferably in operations with centralized processing and management functions. Experience in branch operations is an advantage
• Knowledge of banking operations procedures, general banking products, and facilities, as well as customer requirements
• Experience handling sensitive information and knowledge of KYC/CDD/AML requirements
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivation with analytical mind
Estimated Salary Range:
HK$600,000 - HK$800,000 per annum,
depending on qualifications and experience. This estimate is based on industry standards and locations such as Hong Kong, Macau, and Mainland China. Please note that salaries may vary based on individual circumstances.
