Financial Operations Supervisor

China Re Asset Management (Hong Kong) Company Limited is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Supervisor to join their team.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a university degree in Accounting / Finance or a related discipline and a minimum of 5 years of experience in fund accounting, fund operations, and administration.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day trade booking, settlement, and clearing, cash management, account opening, and fund administrative matters. They will also record, compile, and reconcile the Fund's monthly NAV valuation reports, manage booking and reconciliation on corporate actions, and coordinate data with brokers, fund administrators, custodians, auditors, and regulators.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare investment reporting with Portfolio Managers, Local and Headquarter Management, Compliance and Auditors, Group and Head office and Third Party investors;
- Manage day-to-day trade booking, settlement and clearing, cash management, account opening and fund administrative matters;
- Record, compile and reconcile of the Fund's monthly NAV valuation reports;
- Manage booking and reconciliation on corporate actions;
- Coordinate data with brokers, fund administrators, custodians, auditors and regulators; and respond to various requests on a timely manner;
- Prepare monthly head office reports and management reports
The estimated salary for this role is between HKD 55,000 and HKD 80,000 per month, depending on experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications- University degree in Accounting / Finance or related discipline;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fund accounting, fund operations and administration;
- Familiar with the day-to-day operation of front office, middle office and back office for investment fund business;
- Experiences in system setup & risk control is an advantage;
- Excellent accuracy and attention to details;
- Be a team player and good interpersonal skills;
- Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
