You will provide operational and project support to our user department by delivering remittance and settlement services with exceptional quality.

Responsibilities:
  • Transaction Processing: Check and approve inward remittance and/or outward remittance transactions submitted via various channels within the required service standard.
  • Operational Coordination: Coordinate with branches and departments to resolve daily operational issues.
  • Customer Support: Handle telephone enquiries from customers, RBD, CBD, PBD, and internal departments.
  • Problem Solving: Liaise with clients for problem solving if any.
  • Reporting: Prepare daily and monthly control reporting.
  • Nostro Reconciliation: Perform/review nostro reconciliation breaks.
  • AML Compliance: Manage AML compliance required follow up issues.
  • Remittance Charges: Manage the operations of remittance charges reimbursement.
  • Payment Investigation: Work with other team heads in payment investigation issues.
  • Irregularities Reporting: Report irregularities to supervisors and Department Head timely.
  • Team Management: Assist managers to ensure good communication and high team work spirits within the department.
  • Training and Coaching: Assist to provide training and coaching to subordinates.
  • Procedure Manual Update: Perform procedure manual update by reflecting update operations and procedures from time to time.
  • User Acceptance Tests: Participate in user acceptance tests or system enhancement projects in relation to Remittance.
Requirements:
  • Education: Degree holder in Banking, Business Administration, Finance, or Management.
  • Experience: At least 3-5 years relevant experience in Banking industry or financial institution, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Skills: Good communication, interpersonal, people management, and analytical skills.
  • Maturity: Mature and able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Innovation: Innovative and self-initiative.
