Customer Contact Centre
Hang Seng's Customer Contact Centre has consistently ranked as one of the best phone banking service providers. Our team strives to provide professional services for a wide range of banking products, addressing customers' diverse needs and financial requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional and comprehensive hotline services, handle enquiries, and proactively promote unsecured loan products (card, personal loan, etc.) via inbound and outbound channels.
- Promote loan / insurance products when customer needs are identified to achieve sales targets for the department.
- Contribute to achieving the section's service and sales objectives.
- Respond promptly to customer feedback, driving service improvement and better customer experience.
- Assist team leaders in reviewing and allocating resources to optimize team productivity.
- Identify potential improvement areas to enhance work efficiency.
- Coordinate and liaise with relevant parties to ensure smooth project implementation.
- Ensure all team processes comply with internal control standards, group compliance policy, and external regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree holder; Form Five or DSE graduates with relevant working experience will also be considered.
- Willing to work on flexible hours.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail banking, call centre, or telemarketing business.
- Strong sales and customer service orientation, with ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua an advantage.
- High level of customer-centricity mindset with dedication to delivering exceptional quality services for customers.
(Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Card and Loans Officer.)
