Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective compensation and benefits strategies to attract and retain top talent;
  • Lead the development and maintenance of salary structures and job classifications to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness;
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to design and deliver employee engagement programs that drive business outcomes;
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform compensation decisions and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices;
  • Work closely with senior leadership to develop and communicate total rewards strategies that align with business objectives;
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in a multinational company or financial institution;
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful compensation and benefits strategies;
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with excellent communication and presentation abilities;
  • Familiarity with Employment Ordinance and relevant regulations in financial institutions;
