We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as Rewards and Compensation Manager. As a leading investment bank in China and Hong Kong region, we value innovation, creativity, and excellence.
Job Description
Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective compensation and benefits strategies to attract and retain top talent;
- Lead the development and maintenance of salary structures and job classifications to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness;
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to design and deliver employee engagement programs that drive business outcomes;
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform compensation decisions and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices;
- Work closely with senior leadership to develop and communicate total rewards strategies that align with business objectives;
- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in a multinational company or financial institution;
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful compensation and benefits strategies;
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with excellent communication and presentation abilities;
- Familiarity with Employment Ordinance and relevant regulations in financial institutions;
