Compensation and Benefits Specialist

About this Role:
As a Health & Wealth Specialist, you will play a key part in our People & Culture team, responsible for administrative duties related to compensation, benefits, and mobility processes across APAC markets. You will work collaboratively with the APAC Health & Wealth Team and partner with cross-functional departments to deliver total rewards that reflect our entrepreneurial culture.
Responsibilities:
• Provide first-line support for all Health and Wealth queries, including ServiceNow Inbox management, and comprehensive administration support to the Senior Health & Wealth Manager
• Own day-to-day benefits management within the market (sweaty pursuits, pension, invoice processing, vendor liaison, share incentive plan, tax reporting, healthcare, referral bonus payments, mobility initiation, etc)
• Administer retail bonus calculations for the region, partner with global counterparts, and support regional Health and Wealth team communication
• Support compensation processes and improve practices – compensation & benefit market surveys, year-end reviews, etc
• Partner with third-party providers on benefits issues, invoice payments, and subsequent payment queries
• Communicate changes to compensation and benefit activities to the wider business
• Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and provide quality customer service
• Support new system introductions by performing testing and audits as required
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of professional experience
• Experience working in a retail environment is strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Analytically minded
• Able to work independently, manage time, and prioritize tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel to intermediate level, including advanced spreadsheets, pivot tables, and vlookups
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English and additional Asian languages advantageous
• Knowledge of Workday and/or understanding of mobility processes preferred
