Our Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Executive who shares our passion for driving revenue growth through innovative digital marketing solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years' experience in an activation agency, in-house marketing, or equivalent, and possess excellent written and spoken English and Cantonese language skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop strategic plans to realize business opportunities in alignment with company objectives and directives.
  2. Manage the entire sales process for different level leads, including prospecting, negotiation, and execution.
  3. Pitch SEO and other digital marketing solutions to potential clients directly.
  4. Grow our current key client base through upsells and cross-sells.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years' experience in an activation agency, in-house marketing, or equivalent.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Cantonese.
  • Strong passion for Sales and Business Development.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-minded, well organized, highly motivated with good problem-solving capabilities.
  • Team player with a can-do attitude.
  • Bachelor's Degree (highly regarded).
  • Knowledge in the digital marketing field is a plus.
  • Fresh graduates with a passion for digital marketing are also welcomed.
