Expansion and Partnerships Executive

MCG Talent has partnered with a luxury retail brand to find an Expansion and Partnerships Executive to support their expansion into the SEA market. If you have at least 8 years of business development experience or related roles with international exposure, we would like to hear from you.
The ideal candidate will identify and land new business opportunities and partnerships to drive company growth, managing the P&L for new branch offices and taking overall ownership of the business execution for the branch.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing a business plan and model to drive expansion into new markets in SEA, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, influencers, and clients in the region. Collaboration with headquarters' cross-functional teams to tailor products and services to meet market demands is also required.
This role requires a highly motivated and results-driven individual with excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions are also essential.
