About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and resourceful Global Business Partnership Executive to support the setup and growth of our new OTC business and markets. This pivotal role requires a good understanding of the OTC landscape, client needs, and country-specific regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • OTC Desk Establishment: Support the end-to-end establishment of the OTC desk, including onboarding clients, managing product integrations, and ensuring operational readiness.
  • Market Entry Strategies: Assist in developing market entry strategies by analyzing country-specific regulations and identifying key opportunities and challenges.
  • Banking Partnerships: Work closely with banking partners to set up accounts that support OTC operations across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Global Presence Expansion: Support expansion of our global presence and product offerings through partnerships and licensing applications.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Partner with legal and compliance teams to ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
  • Project Management: Drive processes and manage all aspects of project timelines and deliverables, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Client Solutions: Develop a strong understanding of client needs to design tailored solutions that support their trading objectives.
  • Stakeholder Updates: Provide regular updates and comprehensive support to stakeholders, including the Global Business Development Executive.

About You

We are looking for an individual with a strong ability to manage complex, multi-faceted projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the OTC trading landscape, including market trends, client behaviors, and regulatory considerations.

Requirements:

  • PMP certification or equivalent.
  • Understanding of the OTC trading landscape.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and adaptable with a results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales trading, preferably in OTC or financial markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a global environment.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to drive market expansion and operational success.
