Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Developer to drive corporate client relationships and distribution channels for our Accident & Health Insurance Business in Hong Kong.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Promote Group Life and Medical products (employee benefit) to corporate clients via established channels, including brokers, company agencies, and direct sales.
  • Nurture strong producer (broker/agent) relationships to drive business growth.
  • Manage daily quotation processes for Group Life and Medical products through existing channels.
  • Deliver exceptional services to partners to deepen market penetration and achieve sales growth.
  • Contribute to marketing projects and activities, including events and product developments.
Main Requirements:
  • University degree or above in Business Management, Marketing, or related fields.
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in insurance products sales; candidates with lesser years may be considered for Executive grade roles.
  • Holder of valid IIQE Paper 1, 2 & 3 is essential.
  • Experience dealing with brokers and agents in Employee Benefits is advantageous.
  • Background in Human Resources or agent sales will also be considered.
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills, with strong people management abilities and leadership potential.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently.
  • Native Cantonese speaker, fluency in English and Mandarin required.
