Global Business Development Manager

Senior Manager, Global Incorporations, Client SolutionsThis full-time and permanent position is based in Hong Kong and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact on our Global Incorporations Services and its growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive strategies to optimize client services, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Clients Relationship Management: Foster and maintain high-level relationships with premium clients, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of client solutions professionals, overseeing daily operations and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with Commercial, Compliance, and GSC teams to identify opportunities for process improvement in client service delivery and implement best practices.
- Regulatory Compliance: Monitor changes in offshore legislation and regulations; ensure all client interactions and services comply with relevant compliance and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- 8 - 10 years of experience in client management or a related role, with a focus on incorporation or legal services.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, or a related field.
- Proven leadership and team management experience at a senior level.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience in implementing process improvements and managing change.
