As a Key Account Manager at Johnson & Johnson, you will be responsible for developing long-term strategic plans to achieve sales objectives and other qualitative objectives. This will involve managing the call plan for both existing and new customers, as well as managing assigned territories.

You will also make regular visits to identify customers' needs and provide treatment solutions to healthcare professionals (HCPs). Additionally, you will analyze ordering patterns and product sales, preparing all related reports and presentations as required.

Your responsibilities will also include providing customer services to HCPs, collaborating with other departments to achieve company objectives, mentoring junior sales representatives or newcomers, and demonstrating as a role model in the sales function.

Relaying market insights to management will also be an important part of your role.

The ideal candidate will have a science background, although this is not mandatory. A bachelor's degree or above is required, along with a minimum of four years of solid experience in selling and customer management in the healthcare industry for key account executives.
