Job Description
As an Enterprise Sales Development Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic account acquisition and relationship-building. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to meet monthly sales targets
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnership and loyalty
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and execute targeted sales strategies
- Closing deals and managing the sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth
Requirements
- A minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the marketing automation or CRM space
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- A hunter mentality, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities independently
