Job Description

As a dynamic and results-driven Sales/Account Manager at HR Plus, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by building strong relationships with key stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to promote innovative technology solutions, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Establish and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders in networking infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity.
    • Engage in regular discussions to understand their initiatives, challenges, and requirements.
  • Technology & Solution Engagement:
    • Presents the company's value proposition, capabilities, and track record of success.
    • Facilitates engagement with key stakeholders to develop technology and investment roadmaps.
  • Internal Collaboration:
    • Coordinates with internal teams, including architects, consultants, and specialists, to develop tailored solutions.
    • Collaborates with Account Teams, pre-sales support, project, and service delivery teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.
  • Bid Management:
    • Manages multi-vendor solution bids, ensuring a strong competitive position through understanding stakeholder needs, budget constraints, and competitor strategies.
  • Business Development:
    • Regularly connects with existing and potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
    • Works closely with the product marketing team to manage vendor relationships and support key deals.
  • Strategic Planning:
    • Collaborates with the sales team head to discuss strategic deals, key customer engagements, and business development priorities.
  • Lead Generation & Marketing:
    • Participates in lead-generation and marketing activities to drive business momentum.
