Job Description
  • The successful candidate will have a background in office administration and renovation, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • They will be responsible for collaborating with regional teams, scheduling renovations, and communicating with employees.
  • Able to work closely with IT, designers, and contractors to deliver high-quality results.
Requirements
  • At least 4 years of experience in office renovation, preferably in MNCs within the financial sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese, both spoken and written.
