Office Management Assistant

The Centre for Immunology & Infection - C2i invites applications for the position of Office Management Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including reception, mailroom, and supply chain management.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, book flights and hotels, and make restaurant reservations.
- Prepare and disseminate meeting minutes, agendas, and other supporting documents.
- Develop and maintain databases, records, and documentation related to human resources, finance, and operations.
- Provide technical assistance to employees on software applications and hardware troubleshooting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Science, or related disciplines (candidates with lower qualifications and relevant work experience will also be considered).
- 3-4 years of solid experience in secretarial or business administration, with prior experience in tertiary institutions an advantage.
- Proficient in computer applications such as MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good command of Chinese and English.
- Corporative team player, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and strong sense of responsibility.
- Good interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and well-organized to prioritize tasks efficiently to meet strict deadlines.
