Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of HR initiatives.
  • Contribute to organizational development by identifying areas for improvement and implementing change management practices.
  • Manage HR systems, data, and analytics to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
  • Design and implement training programs to enhance leadership skills and compliance knowledge.
  • Take on additional projects as assigned by management to drive business growth and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines.
  • Minimum 15 years of senior-level HR experience in complex organizations, preferably in publicly-funded institutions.
  • Extensive knowledge of employment laws and regulations of Hong Kong.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with the academic landscape in Hong Kong and Mainland China is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese), with fluency in Putonghua preferred.
