Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for spearheading transformation projects, developing People and HR propositions, and driving business growth through the expansion of HR transformation offerings.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop People and HR Propositions: Utilize your knowledge, expertise, and experience to support the development of People and HR propositions, particularly in areas such as organization development, Operating Model Design, and HR Transformation.
  • Drive Business Growth: Expand our HR transformation offerings by identifying new opportunities and contributing to business development initiatives.
  • Lead HR Transformation Strategies: Develop and implement HR transformation strategies for clients, ensuring alignment with their business goals.
  • Manage Client Engagements: Manage a team of KPMG professionals on client engagements and provide leadership in shaping a delivery approach.
  • Ensure Project Delivery: Oversee project plans, manage resources effectively, and monitor project milestones to ensure successful delivery.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop appropriate client relationships to enhance the reputation of KPMG as an advisor of choice and identify further client opportunities.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert in HR transformation, leveraging your expertise to guide clients through complex HR-related challenges.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance our HR transformation services.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Share knowledge and support the development of other team members on HR best practices.
  • Mentorship: Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills, foster professional growth, and promote a collaborative team environment.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Work Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in the HR function or consulting, with a focus on HR transformation and/or change management projects. Experience in a Big 4 professional firm or in a large corporation is preferred but not required.
  • Skills and Qualities: Demonstrate understanding of Organisation Design, HR processes, technology, and operating model. Experience in shared service model design/review is a plus. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Team Management: Experience managing and coaching a team of consultants, guiding them to deliver high-quality results and achieve client objectives.
  • Problem-Solving: Solid problem-solving skills, ability to analyze complex data, identify core issues, investigate, evaluate, and reach appropriate conclusions/solutions/recommendations.
  • Candidate Requirements: Self-driven, enthusiastic, with a 'can-do' attitude, quick to learn, and strong willingness to step outside of comfort zone. Strong sense of ownership to get the job done in a practical and pragmatic fashion.
