Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our client's team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and maximizing business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain business relationships with clients through direct sales solicitation, telephone, and written communications.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies, attend trade shows, conventions, and promotional events to stay ahead of the market.
  • Source new accounts and develop existing ones to meet yield objectives.
  • Conduct regular client visits and meetings to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance against targets and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality Management, or a relevant discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
  • Fluency in English, with Mandarin as an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year
