The Role
- We seek a highly motivated Senior Business Growth Strategist to drive sales objectives and achieve commercial budget and targets.
- This role involves identifying new sales opportunities, building client relationships, and conducting monthly sales reviews and quarterly business reviews with our Country sales teams.
- You will be responsible for driving monthly and quarterly sales objectives, providing sales forecasts, and ensuring timely recognition and reward for top achievers.
- A strong understanding of market trends and competitor analysis is essential in this role.
- You will lead the sales process to close new business opportunities and build strong relationships with our existing portfolio of clients.
- This leadership role requires setting weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets for the team and driving them to achieve these.
- Our ideal candidate has at least 3 years' experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive or Inside Sales / Sales Development Representative role, ideally within the Media & Entertainment, IT Services, and Software / SaaS industry.
- They possess excellent interpersonal skills as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in managing a team of 1-5 people is also desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales objectives and achieve commercial budget and targets.
- Identify new sales opportunities and build client relationships.
- Conduct monthly sales reviews and quarterly business reviews with Country sales teams.
- Drive monthly/quarterly sales objectives and provide sales forecasts.
- Ensure timely recognition and reward for top achievers and implement performance management actions when needed.
- Build strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and provide regular competitor analysis.
- Identify opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
- New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
- Manage the sales process to close new business opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
- Set weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets for the team and drive them to achieve these.
- Build the sales funnel generating leads via cold calling, emailing, and other lead generation activities.
- Handle incoming queries and build good client relationships.
- Ensure all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements.
- Hand over qualified leads to the sales teams with the objective of closing the sale.
- Maintain and update the lead generation database.
- Achieve weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business.
- Manage a team of 1-5 people.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- At least 3 years' experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive or Inside Sales / Sales Development Representative role.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptable and thrives in changing environments.
- Strong networker and relationship builder.
- Highly goal-driven and works well in fast-paced environments.
Salary: ₹1200000 - ₹1500000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer attractive salary and benefits, leadership role, and opportunities for professional growth.
