Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our cardio-metabolic product management efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in market analysis, promotion, and development, as well as brand awareness and stakeholder engagement. They will be responsible for cross-functional partnership in insulin strategy execution, innovative product planning and launching strategies, and sales force training and education.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute market analysis, promotion, and development strategies to drive business growth
  • Foster brand awareness and engage stakeholders to build strong relationships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute insulin strategy and drive commercial success
  • Design and launch innovative products and services that meet customer needs
  • Develop and implement sales force training and education programs to enhance performance

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in life science, business administration, marketing, or related discipline
  • Advanced marketing or business qualification is desirable
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant commercial experience in marketing and sales within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in multinational corporations
  • Agile mindset to develop new strategies for business growth and advocate innovative ideas from concept to delivery
  • Demonstrates winning culture and adaptability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment and meeting tight deadlines
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong networking skills to create win-win solutions with solid negotiation tactics
