We are seeking a highly skilled Global Business Growth Specialist to join our team. This role involves:

  1. Identifying and pursuing sales opportunities through proactive research and outreach.
  2. Developing and maintaining a strong pipeline by consistently prospecting, following up on leads, and closing contracts.
  3. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and utilizing internal resources to expand expertise.
  4. Selling software products and solutions to senior-level marketing and sales professionals.
  5. Demonstrating an in-depth understanding of product platforms, email technologies, and Internet technologies to deliver value propositions.
  6. Negotiating contracts with clients and working closely with the sales management and finance teams.
  7. Processing RFPs, writing value-based sales proposals, and responding to client inquiries.
  8. Demonstrating product capabilities to potential clients and engaging management and staff in the sales cycle.
  9. Providing timely and accurate forecasting and reporting using Salesforce.com.

This role requires:

  1. A unique blend of talent and tenacity for success in software sales.
  2. Previous experience in cold calling, telesales, lead generation, or phone fundraising.
  3. A firm grasp of digital marketing, e-commerce, and cloud technology.
  4. Effective communication skills, including engaged listening and articulate speaking.
  5. Strong cold calling skills and ability to seek out decision-makers for our products and services.
  6. Relevant sales experience in email, marketing automation, business, CRM, or related software.
  7. Prior exposure to business intelligence, marketing automation, digital marketing, cloud, or CRM software industries is desirable.
  8. A driven and motivated Sales Manager to bring in new business for Hong Kong and Southern China.
  9. The ability to work in competitive environments, overachieve expectations, and possess a can-do attitude.
  10. Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on data, timeframes, and process.
  11. The ability to work in a structured environment to challenging KPIs and adapt to changing market needs.
  12. Confidence presenting to large groups and strong technology skills, including product demonstrations and technical discussions.
  13. Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin languages.
