We are seeking a highly skilled Global Business Growth Specialist to join our team. This role involves:
- Identifying and pursuing sales opportunities through proactive research and outreach.
- Developing and maintaining a strong pipeline by consistently prospecting, following up on leads, and closing contracts.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and utilizing internal resources to expand expertise.
- Selling software products and solutions to senior-level marketing and sales professionals.
- Demonstrating an in-depth understanding of product platforms, email technologies, and Internet technologies to deliver value propositions.
- Negotiating contracts with clients and working closely with the sales management and finance teams.
- Processing RFPs, writing value-based sales proposals, and responding to client inquiries.
- Demonstrating product capabilities to potential clients and engaging management and staff in the sales cycle.
- Providing timely and accurate forecasting and reporting using Salesforce.com.
This role requires:
- A unique blend of talent and tenacity for success in software sales.
- Previous experience in cold calling, telesales, lead generation, or phone fundraising.
- A firm grasp of digital marketing, e-commerce, and cloud technology.
- Effective communication skills, including engaged listening and articulate speaking.
- Strong cold calling skills and ability to seek out decision-makers for our products and services.
- Relevant sales experience in email, marketing automation, business, CRM, or related software.
- Prior exposure to business intelligence, marketing automation, digital marketing, cloud, or CRM software industries is desirable.
- A driven and motivated Sales Manager to bring in new business for Hong Kong and Southern China.
- The ability to work in competitive environments, overachieve expectations, and possess a can-do attitude.
- Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on data, timeframes, and process.
- The ability to work in a structured environment to challenging KPIs and adapt to changing market needs.
- Confidence presenting to large groups and strong technology skills, including product demonstrations and technical discussions.
- Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin languages.
