About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Global Business Expansion Specialist to join our team at Classy Wheeler Limited. As a key member of our sales and marketing department, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the electronics industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Focus on specific market segments to identify high potential accounts and develop strategies to acquire new customers.
- Understand accurately the business needs of customers and provide tailored solutions to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute new products plans and prepare technical sales kits.
- Support quotation follow-up and sales discussions with international clients.
- Drive revenue growth and manage pipelines to achieve sales quotas.
- Conduct market research in assigned market segments to inform business planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing, Business, or Engineering discipline is preferable.
- Proven sales track record in the Electronics Industry with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Over 8 years of experience in sales & marketing and business development; technical background is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, organization, and planning skills with ability to work under pressure.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; ability to speak any EU language is highly desirable.
