Your Impact

You will play a significant role in developing Globibo's presence in Hong Kong by driving new business opportunities and building a client base. Your primary focus will be on extending our sales outreach to new organizations, industries, and segments through our services (translation, interpretation, and training).

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Management: Research organizations and industry players to identify new leads and potential markets, establish relationships with key stakeholders, and negotiate meetings.
  • Opportunity Management & Conversion: Prepare customized proposals, update clients on new developments, and develop account management schedules to drive sales growth.
  • Service & Delivery: Focus on delivering excellent customer service, manage feedback, and provide value-added services to build strong relationships with clients.

Potential Profile

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, business management, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in corporate sales (B2B), sales support, and knowledge of the end-to-end sales cycle.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English to communicate effectively with regional clients.
  • The ability to identify and address the specific needs of each individual customer.
  • High motivation, independence, and analytical skills to drive results and achieve goals.
  • Prior experience in preparing complex quotations and contracts.
  • A result-oriented approach with a focus on driving business results and KPIs.

Estimated Salary: HKD 23,000 - HKD 28,000 + Sales Incentive Scheme
