Your Impact
As a Strategic Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving new businesses and building a client base in Hong Kong from scratch. Your focus will be on expanding our sales outreach to new organizations, industries, and segments, leveraging our services (translation, interpretation, and training) to unlock growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management: Research organizations and industry players to identify new leads and potential markets, contacting potential clients via email and cold calls with customized value offerings.
- Opportunity Management & Conversion: Meet potential clients with exciting proposals and industry updates, negotiating effectively and developing account management schedules.
- Service & Delivery: Focus on delivering exceptional customer service through effective feedback management and value-added services, collaborating with technical teams and subject experts across services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in corporate sales (B2B), sales support, and knowledge of end-to-end sales cycles.
- Great communication skills, fluent English required for regional client interactions.
- Able to identify and address specific customer needs.
- Highly motivated, independent individual with analytical skills.
- Prior experience with complex quotations and contracts preparation.
- Result-oriented, with a high focus on driving business results and KPIs.
- Passionate about language learning or event technology services.

Compensation: HKD 23,000 - HKD 28,000 + Sales Incentive Scheme, including a solid induction program, best functional training, personal development plan, flexible work schedule, quirky office environment, and access to the latest tech and gadgets.
