Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance mortgage sales performance and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with superiors to formulate and review sales and service strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Coach and support staff to improve their skills and knowledge in handling mortgage and loans business.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in mortgage sales.
  • Proficiency in IIQE qualifications.
  • Excellent command of English, Cantonese, and Putonghua communication skills.
  • Demonstrated track record in mortgage sales, with extensive network with property agencies.
  • Sensitivity to market trends and sound knowledge of banking products, particularly mortgage-related products.
  • Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
  • Good PC skills and Chinese input capabilities.
  • Ability to plan and monitor mortgage business strategically.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is HKD 600,000 - 800,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
