The role of Sous Chef - Staff Restaurant involves overseeing daily operations, maintaining food quality, ordering ingredients, arranging team rosters, operating equipment, and conducting mise en place verification to uphold staff restaurant standards.
We seek a candidate with:
- A minimum of 8 years' culinary and management experience in luxury hotels, clubhouses, or upscale catering groups, including 4 years in hotels with similar capacity.
- Experience in staff restaurant operations is advantageous.
- Solid knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong leadership and communication skills in Chinese and English.
The estimated salary for this position is $HKD 60,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on the hotel's location and industry standards.
