Salary

We offer a competitive salary ranging from HKD $50,000 to HKD $70,000 per month, depending on experience.



Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our culinary team, responsible for preparing high-quality Cantonese dishes in line with our training standards.



  • Prepares food in line with training received, following recipes and instructions provided;
  • E nsures proper handling, storage and usage of raw and cooked materials;
  • Adheres to hygiene schedules, cleaning schedules and the Hotel's P&P.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 1 year's relevant experience, including training and/or internships, and a good command of Cantonese. You must also possess a polite, willing to learn, self-motivated and positive working attitude.
