Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Assistant to the Executive Chef to join our culinary team at Marriott International. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the preparation and cooking of food, as well as maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation.

- Assisting the Executive Chef with meal planning, inventory management, and menu development
- Preparing ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food
- Cooking meals according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all guests receive a high-quality dining experience
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1 year of related work experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in culinary arts is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A passion for delivering exceptional results and exceeding guest expectations
- The ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
What We Offer
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
