Executive Culinary Specialist

In this critical role, you will be responsible for preparing and chopping raw food materials into standardized sizes, measuring and dividing ingredients for next-step processing, and assisting the executive chef or sous chef in sauce production. Additionally, you will be responsible for topping dishes with the right sauces. To be successful in this position, you must have a strong team spirit and be responsible.

- Form 3 or above
- Participated in restaurant production-related training courses
