We are seeking a talented Pastry Chef to oversee the daily operation of The Verandah, a Western Cuisine in The Repulse Bay Food & Beverage Department. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the production and operation of the Pastry section, preparing budgets, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and hygiene.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Certificate in Food and Beverage Operations, over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, and excellent leadership and training skills. If you are a creative and innovative individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional results, we would love to hear from you.
