About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Executive Culinary Professional to join our team at TokyoLima, a renowned Nikkei izakaya in Hong Kong's Lyndhurst Terrace. As part of our fast-paced kitchen, you will work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure seamless kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of dishes according to high standards
  • Timely delivery of prepared dishes
  • Supporting colleagues as needed
  • Maintaining health and hygiene standards
  • Effective stock management

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Chef de Partie or 2+ years in a similar role
  • Positive attitude with a strong teamwork mindset
  • Sense of responsibility within your role
  • Fluency in English is essential; other languages are advantageous
