We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Culinary Operations Manager to join our team at Shangri-La.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading multiple food and beverage outlets, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding guest expectations. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our culinary operations.

About You
  • You have a degree or higher diploma in Hotel and Catering Management or a related field.
  • You have a minimum of 6 years hands-on experience in fine-dining restaurants and bars in renowned hotels or well-established catering operations.
  • You have excellent leadership skills and the ability to delegate multiple tasks effectively.
  • You have sound knowledge of international cuisine, wine, and spirits, as well as HACCP compliance and financial management.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Cantonese.
What We Offer
