Customer Service Professional for AIA

We are seeking an ambitious Customer Service Professional to join our team. As a key member of our operations process, you will be responsible for handling customer enquiries and complaints regarding various activities.
Your primary focus will be on:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Reporting problems and potential crises to your supervisor for service improvement
- Making outbound calls to customers to follow up on cases
- Executing empowerment guidelines to ensure excellent customer service
- Documenting call activities in our system and maintaining accurate records
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A secondary education graduate with 4 years of working experience
- Candidates with higher academic qualifications or more relevant working experience may be considered for the position
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in insurance, customer service, or hotline services
- Hands-on experience in customer service and basic knowledge of insurance or Mandatory Provident Fund schemes would be an advantage
- You will be required to obtain the necessary licenses from the Insurance Authority (IA) or Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority (MPFA)

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary ranging between HK$250,000 - HK$350,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
