AIA International Limited seeks a dedicated Senior Insurance Service Professional to provide exceptional customer service and group policy administration services to our esteemed clients.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to join our team and contribute to our mission of helping customers live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives. As a Senior Insurance Service Professional, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch customer service, ensuring seamless policy administration, and providing support to our distribution channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide personalized customer service and administration services to assigned group insurance portfolios
- Oversee daily operations for assigned portfolios/distribution channels, ensuring timely resolution of client inquiries and complaints
- Develop and present compelling proposals, materials, and reports to enhance client relationships and drive business growth
- Manage new business and renewal setup, member enrollment, billing, policy maintenance, and regulatory filing with precision and attention to detail
- Liaise with distribution channels, including brokers, agents, and bank alliances, to resolve client-related issues and foster strong partnerships
- Pursue ad-hoc projects as assigned by management to drive business excellence and innovation
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Minimum 3 years of customer service/operations experience, preferably with a university degree
- In-depth knowledge of group insurance operation flows and products
- An outcomes-driven mindset, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration
- Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English, with excellent PC skills
