Job Overview
Zurich Insurance Company is seeking an experienced Claims Management Professional to join our team in Hong Kong. As a key member of our claims handling team, you will be responsible for managing large and complex liability and property claims.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage large and complex liability and property claims from inception to resolution.
- Provide technical support to the team, including work simplification and automation initiatives.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in commercial portfolios.
- Assist the Claims Manager with managerial tasks and other ad hoc duties.
- Evaluate and ensure compliance with local regulatory and governance requirements throughout the life of the claim.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and adhere to customer protocols/service charter.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in liability and property claims, preferably with expertise in large and complex claims management.
- Recognition as a Senior Associate of ANZIIF (Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance) or equivalent.
- Proven experience in liability and property claims handling, with excellent customer service skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret policy cover and apply litigation processes effectively.
- Extensive knowledge of industry standards, protocols, and legislation related to insurance and liability.
What We Offer:
As a Claims Management Professional at Zurich Insurance Company, you can expect a competitive salary of HKD 500,000 - 700,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
