Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Claims Services Manager to join our team at Sun Life. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all life claims, including large and complex claims, and providing technical support to junior assessors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all life claims, including death, critical illness, disability, accident, and medical claims.
- Provide technical support to junior assessors and handle escalated claims issues.
- Monitor the end-to-end claims processing workflow to ensure we meet our service standard.
- Conduct quality assurance to ensure all claims adhere to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist the Claims Manager in managerial tasks and other ad hoc tasks.
- Regular communication meetings with agents/brokers for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- University degree holder or above.
- At least 5 years of experience in life claims.
- Good understanding and knowledge of life products and operation procedures/requirements.
- Qualified with LOMA and ICA examinations.
- Good communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong data analytical skill.
- Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
