Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Claims Specialist to join our team in Hong Kong. As a complex claims handler, you will be responsible for managing medium standard and complex claims handling with moderate supervision.
About the Role:
- Manage complex liability and property claims from start to finish, ensuring timely and fair resolution for our customers.
- Provide technical support to the team, including work simplification and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Analyze data to provide insights on Commercial portfolios, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Presentation preparation and organization of customer meetings using PowerPoint slides.
- Assist the Claims Manager in managerial tasks as needed and perform other ad hoc duties.
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory and governance requirements throughout the claim lifecycle.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, adhering to our protocols and service charter.
Qualifications and Experience:
- At least 4 years of experience in CAR, Liability, and Property claims, preferably with large and complex claims management skills.
- Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent working experience.
- Recognized industry certifications, such as Senior Associate of ANZIIF.
- Technical knowledge of products and services, with a focus on Liability and Property Insurance products.
- Strong understanding of local legislation and legal liability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with customers and stakeholders.
- Data analytical skills and proficiency in relevant software applications.

- A competitive salary of HKD 60,000 - HKD 80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
