About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Demi Chef to join our culinary team at Rosewood Hotel Group in Hong Kong. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Executive Chef Daisuke Mori to bring our bold culinary concepts to life.

You will be responsible for executing an unrivalled food and beverage experience from raw ingredients to final dish. This includes working closely with our Chef de Partie and culinary team to ensure seamless execution of menu items, maintaining high standards of quality, presentation and sanitation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with our Chef de Partie and culinary team to execute menu items
  • Maintain high standards of quality, presentation and sanitation
  • Organise and set up assigned kitchen sections daily
  • Oversee all preparation, cooking and presentation of dishes
