**Operations Administrator - Pastry Department:**
We are seeking an experienced Operations Administrator to join our team at Rosewood Hotel Group. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Pastry department, including planning, scheduling, and managing appointments.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule appointments for the Executive Pastry Chef
- Administer correspondence and manage incoming calls and emails
- Prepare duty rosters and leave applications for the Pastry department
- Respond to requests for information and refer matters to appropriate parties
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a luxury hotel, preferably in a secretarial function
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office applications
