Administrative Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will lead a large administration team in Greater China, overseeing a comprehensive range of corporate services including facilities management, office supplies, office security, catering, and more. They will be responsible for coordinating with cross-functional teams to execute group projects, serving as the primary point of contact for third-party service providers, and managing budgets, actuals, cost centers, and KPIs within established targets.
Additionally, they will review and update administration policies and operational procedures, ensuring seamless alignment and implementation across headquarters and local projects. This role requires planning, organizing, and coordinating moves/relocation/restack activities, maintaining a safe and pleasant work environment for employees and visitors.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and coordinating administration teams to achieve business objectives
- Managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts
- Coordinating budgeting, financial reporting, and forecasting
- Developing and implementing administrative policies and procedures
- Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, demonstrating motivation and initiative. They should have experience leading office renovation and relocation projects, preferably in sizeable companies, and be familiar with facilities outsourcing models.
