Overview:

We are seeking a proactive General Administration Manager to be a vital part of our client's Administration Department in the banking sector. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the seamless execution of administrative functions and drive organizational efficiency to new heights

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily administrative operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures for a smooth workflow.
  • Inspire and manage a talented team of administrative staff, providing guidance and support to boost their productivity and performance.
  • Organize and coordinate engaging department meetings, including preparing and distributing insightful meeting minutes.
  • Develop and implement innovative administrative policies and procedures that optimize resource management and streamline operations.
  • Oversee logistics for official documents and maintain efficient filing systems for accurate documentation handling.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing activities, working plans, and budget proposals to keep the organization informed.
  • Coordinate a variety of logistical and administrative services, including mailing, courier services, guest reception, and collaborating with facility management and procurement teams.
  • Enforce strict regulations regarding document management and confidentiality, ensuring responsible handling and circulation of all official documents.
  • Act as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders on all administrative matters, fostering strong relationships.
  • Monitor and manage budgets for administrative functions, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with financial guidelines.
  • Collaborate with diverse departments to support exciting organizational initiatives and projects while continuously assessing administrative processes for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in an administrative role within the banking industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a knack for motivating and empowering staff.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese, with the professionalism to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant administrative software.
