Role Overview:

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing business development strategies, identifying new opportunities, and building relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business development plans, aligning with company goals and objectives.
  2. Market Intelligence and Strategy: Develop and execute market intelligence plans to drive business growth, improve customer engagement, and increase revenue.
  3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  4. Performance Measurement and Reporting: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business development success and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Professional Development and Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance business development capabilities.

Requirements:

  • High diploma and above in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2 years and above working experience in sales support or business development function.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Self-starter with a proactive, goal-oriented mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office, including PPT and Excel.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese.
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Executive.
