Job Description
  • We are seeking an experienced Event Operations Specialist to join our team in handling potential guest enquiries and ensuring the entire sales cycle is properly managed.
  • This role will involve soliciting catering and event business opportunities with existing or potential clients, while maintaining exemplary customer relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality Management, Catering Management, or a related discipline is required.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in catering sales is necessary, along with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Sales-oriented individuals who are self-motivated and a good team player are highly sought after.
  • Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing is essential.
