We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team in Europe. The successful candidate will provide support to our Sales Team of 5-6 members, handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations, and coordinating orders.
In this role, you will be responsible for compiling sales reports, handling shipment in and out with major overseas & local customers, and assisting in ad hoc projects.
As a Sales Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work with a global company with 180 offices worldwide. You will report directly to our Sales Manager and be part of a dynamic and friendly work culture.
The ideal candidate will have 1+ year's work experience in forwarders, proficiency in English, Cantonese, Chinese, and Mandarin, and proficiency in MS Office. Additionally, you should possess good customer service skills and a positive mindset.
In return, we offer a competitive salary of 13 months + performance bonus, medical insurance, dental insurance, and 12 days of annual leave.
