Job Title: Customer Experience Operations Assistant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Operations Assistant to join our team at China Mobile International Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and optimizing the user experience for our cloud platform, providing high-quality GUI design in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and balance business needs with user goals to improve the business interactive process.
- Work closely with the RD team to conduct risk control and resource management, meeting project timelines and ensuring design delivery.
- Carry out routine user experience analysis and improvements for the platform to meet internal and customer needs.
- Work with overseas customers/co-workers during non-office hours if necessary.
- Coordinate with internal/external parties to enhance the design level if necessary.
- Participate in ad-hoc assignments if needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in HCI, industrial design, information design, computer science, or related majors.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant industry, carriers, or other ICT service providers.
- Independent design experience in medium and large-scale projects and successful cases is preferred.
- Solid design skills, able to explore cutting-edge design trends.
- Proficient in using office toolkit and design software, e.g., Photoshop, Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, Axure, and other design software.
- Basic understanding of various front-end technologies (including HTML/CSS/JavaScript, etc.).
- Excellent teamwork skills, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
- Open-minded, ownership, be creative, and think out of the box.
- Curious about cutting-edge user research theories and design trends.
- Good communication and coordination skills, certain management experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
